At Tool Mart, we want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment; if a tool doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Tool Mart account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused tools in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to avoid restocking fees.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
